Delivery
Perth local delivery can be arranged for a fee. Please add products to your cart to view delivery fees.

As of today (3/11/25) we are offering free delivery to Perth and surrounding suburbs within 50km of the CBD, till the end of the year!
Returns
Thank you for choosing our products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made or stock products due to health reasons for your pets. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate understanding.
Any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge within the first month of purchase.
