HOW DOES IT WORK? 
Until a chicken steps on the plate of the Chooktred the feed remains covered and safe from pest. WHAT TRAINING IS INVOLVED? 
The Chooktred has a mechanism that allows the tray to remain open whilst your chickens become familiar with the treadle. This takes anywhere from 1-3 days.
